Overview of PAM:
The PAM Department supports the holistic development of every child at Bukit Timah Primary School. Through purposeful learning experiences in Physical Education, Art and Music, students build confidence, character, and a positive disposition towards learning.

From Primary 1 to Primary 6, students engage in progressive, hands-on learning experiences that encourage active participation and creative expression. They experience the joy of movement and the arts, develop foundational skills, and grow through the authentic learning experiences in school. These experiences extend into further involvement through Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) for students with interest and talent.

These inclusive learning opportunities allow every child to discover their strengths, work with others, and grow through learning by doing.

Department mission:
To create learning experiences for students to appreciate and explore the arts and sports and provide platforms for mastery.

Objectives:

• Develop confident, active learners who are willing to try new experiences in the arts and sports.
• Build strong foundations in skills, habits and attitudes that support lifelong learning and well-being.
• Foster respect, responsibility, teamwork and empathy through collaborative and authentic experiences.
• Encourage creativity, self-expression and reflective learning across PE, Art and Music.
• Provide opportunities for students to develop mastery and leadership roles in their learning.
