Vision

An ICT-enriched culture for innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.

Mission

1)To create a pervasive use of ICT through providing an excellent ICT infrastructure, innovative programmes

and handholding sessions by ICT champions.

2) Pupils to achieve 100% proficiency in ICT Baseline skills.

3) To build a strong Cyber Wellness programme through school Integrated Cyber Wellness Curriculum.

4) To collaborate with local and global stakeholders and industry partners to create innovative projects

and programmes.

Baseline ICT Skills

Every pupil is Bukit Timah Primary School is equipped with the essential ICT skills to help them to be

future-ready citizens. Besides the Baseline ICT lessons, the Primary Three to Primary Five pupils also

attend ICT enrichment lessons to equip them with advanced ICT skills.

Baseline ICT Competitions

ICT Department also organises Baseline ICT Competitions for each level after the pupils have completed their ICT lessons. Attractive prizes and certificates will be presented to the winners from each level.

Cyber Wellness

Cyber Wellness refers to the positive well-being of Internet users. It involves an understanding of the

risks of harmful online behaviours, an awareness of how to protect oneself and other Internet users

from such behaviours.

BTPS Cyber Wellness Programmes consists of the following :

1. Cyber Wellness Curriculum
2. Cyber Wellness Student Ambassadors Programmes
3. Cyber Wellness Centre

4. Termly Cyber Wellness Quiz

Cyber Wellness Centre

BTPS Cyber Wellness Centre is designed to cater for teachers and pupils to conduct cyber wellness

programmes, activities and sharing by cyber wellness ambassadors to promote cyber wellness messages

to all. Pupils can view videos, access the e-learning modules, play games relating to cyber wellness through

the free access area in the centre.
