Schools commemorate Total Defence Day to mark Singapore’s fall to the Japanese in 1942.Total Defence Day serves to remind our pupils that Singaporeis defensible and it worth defending and we ourselves mustSingapore.The five pillars of Total Defence are Military Defence , Economic Defence , Social Defence, Psychological Defence and Civil Defence.

Theme :Our Interconnected World.
School commemorate International Friendship Day to dedicate to the understanding of Singapore’s relation with neighbouring countries and beyond.It aim to sensitise our children to geo-political realities inherent in Singapore, as well as nuture in our students the spirit of frienship and collaboration among people.

School commemorate Racial Harmony Day to remind our pupils that social division cost us dearly and that race and religion are potential fault-lines in Singapore society.It is a day for school to reflect on and celebrate a harmonious nation and society built on a rich diversity of cultures and heritages.
